Well established company seeking Industrial Sewing Trainer with experience in various sewing techniques and best methods. This is a non-apparel production house which primarily works with heavier materials such as coated nylon, canvas, and industrial-like fabrics. Responsible to develop and implement training procedures for new sewing machine operators and employees needing cross-training. Focusing on efficiency and meeting quality standards. Create modular training programs and learning and performance aids. Assess progress of individuals and work with them to improve performance. Full, part-time, or contract arrangments considered.
