With the increase in catalytic converter thefts, the ICNC complex is taking some added precautions. We received the update below this morning. They officially have live security Mon-Fri 9-5pm through SilverStar Security. Our main security guard, Bob Morrison, will be in a SilverStar Vehicle patrolling the exterior of the buildings. He may pop into your unit to introduce himself and check in to make sure everything is going well. If you need security, please call the ICNC Main Number at (312) 421-3941 to dispatch him to your unit. Please report anything suspicious or areas of concern to Mattie so that she can direct security to pay extra attention to that area of the building. SilverStar’s main area of focus will be the exterior of the building and the lots, but they can support issues in the building such as an unauthorized person in the building, theft, or other security concerns. Please say hi to Bob and the other SilverStar guards when you see them!

FORT KNOX STUDIOS - OVERNIGHT PARKING / SNOW REMOVAL In anticipation of the heavy snowfall we are predicted to receive over the next few days, please be reminded that there is NO overnight parking in the lot unless previously authorized by FKS management. Additionally, the snow removal company typically arrives between 8:00AM - 10:00AM. We ask that you please refrain from using the lot during this time so that it can be adequately plowed.
