Fashion Brand Incubator

This program is designed to guide you through the foundational steps of developing a successful fashion brand, from defining your purpose to early product concept and research, production, sourcing and marketing. Join Cohort one at AIBI's first Fashion Brand Incubator.

A 12-Week Cohort-Based Program for Emerging Fashion Brands

The AIBI Fashion Brand Incubator is a 12-week, cohort-based virtual program designed to take you from idea to launch-ready fashion brand.

Classes meet Monday evenings from 6:30–7:30 PM (CT) and are taught live by industry experts working across design, production, sourcing, branding, and business development.

Each week builds intentionally on the last—so by the end of the program, you’re not just inspired, you’re prepared.

What You’ll Experience

  • Live weekly instruction from fashion and apparel industry professionals

  • A cohort model, meaning you’ll move through the program alongside a small group of peers for accountability, collaboration, and support

  • A structured curriculum that walks you step-by-step through what it actually takes to start a fashion brand

This is not a one-off class. It’s a guided process.

What You’ll Graduate With

By the end of the 12 weeks, you will have:

  • A clear brand foundation and positioning

  • A ready-to-wear production plan

  • A defined hero product developed and prepared for launch

  • An understanding of sourcing, costing, and production pathways

  • The confidence and tools to move from concept to market

Our goal is simple: you leave with something real—not just ideas, but a product and a path forward.

Who This Program Is For

  • Aspiring fashion designers and brand founders

  • Creatives ready to turn an idea into a viable product

  • Entrepreneurs who want structure, guidance, and industry insight

No guesswork. No gatekeeping. Just the roadmap—and the support—to get you to launch.
