AIBI 35th Anniversary
AIBI is celebrating 35 years of providing fashion programming in the Chicagoland area!
For our anniversary, we are releasing a coloring book showcasing designs from Chicago fashion designers over the past 35 years.
We are looking for our local designers to make submissions of existing fashion sketches for our coloring book. 1 design will be chosen to represent each year (1987-2022).
What to submit:
A fashion sketch for an existing garment created sometime between 1987 and 2022.*
A short description or story about the sketch with date it was created.
Optional: picture of the finished garment
How to submit:
Email your image and description to Ambar Campos at acampos@aibi.com
Be sure to send in your items by 11:59 pm on August 22, 2022.
Chosen designers will be contacted by August 25th. Designers are welcome to submit more than 1 sketch.
The finished book will launch in late October. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on the launch party!
This is a fundraiser to help support operations and growth of our organization. All proceeds will benefit Apparel Industry Foundation, Inc., a 501c3.
