Chicago Fashion Summit 2025 Debuts with Global Luxury Leader Azature as Keynote

CHICAGO, IL – September 12, 2025 — The Apparel Industry Board Inc. (AIBI), in partnership with Fashion Group International (FGI) Chicago, proudly announces the launch of the Chicago Fashion Summit 2025, taking place on Monday, October 13, 2025, at L7 CHICAGO BY LOTTE, the official host venue, reflecting its commitment to supporting creativity and innovation in Chicago’s fashion community, during Chicago Fashion Week®.
Designed to provide insight, community, and inspiration for the fashion industry’s next chapter, the Summit’s theme — “Grow to New Heights” — reflects a renewed focus on scaling, embracing innovation, and building lasting legacies in fashion and retail. Partnerships, including Marketing Partner The Curio, further this mission by championing outreach that celebrates creativity and strengthens Chicago’s fashion community.
This full-day event will bring together consumer brand founders, designers, retailers, marketers, students, and creative professionals for keynote talks, educational sessions, networking opportunities, a curated mini market, and a closing mixer. Breakfast, lunch, and VIP perks are included for attendees.
Keynote Announcement
Headlining this year’s event is internationally renowned designer and entrepreneur Azature Pogosian, founder of the luxury brand AZATURE and known globally as the “Diamond King.” Azature will take the stage in a special keynote conversation with Nicole Ruiz, Executive Director of AIBI, to discuss brand elevation, creative vision, and the journey to building an iconic luxury label.
Additional featured programming includes:
Event host Iisha Scott, award-winning media personality and community advocate
Session “How to Build a Million Dollar DTC Brand”, led by strategist and brand leader Alex Neiman
A Chicago Designer Panel, moderated by Jess Crane, Regional Director of FGI Chicago, featuring Tania Mackey of Niczka, nominated for the prestigious Fashion Group International Rising Star Award in New York, alongside other notable designers.
