Shilo is a luxury industry patternmaker, supply chain and production consultant, and contributor at Vogue Business. Based in New York and Los Angeles, she works with brands (established and emerging) to develop incredible products and get it manufactured at the scale best suited to their business.

Tonya Gross
Tonya Gross is an award-winning accessories designer and operator of Shop Small Chicago, a hyperlocal retailer and event production company. Tonya is the former director of the City of Chicago’s Fashion and Community Markets programs with the Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events and a long-time advocate for creative businesses and local manufacturing initiatives through her work with nonprofits, emerging brands, and the City of Chicago.
Joanna Herrick
Joanna Herrick has been working in the menswear industry for over 16 years bringing a passion for innovation to the customer retail experience. Joanna was previously the Sr. Director of Showroom Experience and Operations at The Black Tux, where she led their national retail program. Joanna got her start at a privately owned men’s clothier as General Manager before moving on to Trunk Club, as their Director of Custom Operations, overseeing order fulfillment, production and sales support for their custom clothing program. She is currently the COO at Garmentier, a Chicago-based tech startup with a vision to redefine retail sales.
She concentrates on developing workflows that reduce friction for both the sales team and their customers, shifting the in-store focus to relationships and service. Her unique background with both retail sales and operations supports her passion for helping retailers evolve their store experience toward the new consumer behaviors of today.
