Elda de la Rosa


Elda de la Rosa is a highly prominent and recognized couture designer from Chicago with a national and international following. The prestige of her atelier is grounded in her sensibility for designs that are inspired by vintage detail, created with an unmistakable feminine flare and impeccable attention to fit.


In addition to her custom, couture designs, Elda also serves as lead illustrator and tailoring director for Chicago-based ready-to-wear luxury label ricorso.




Erica Strama


Erica Strama is an award-winning marketing, business development and public relations professional, trusted by the world’s leading retail and luxury brands to serve as a broadcast spokesperson and a resource for new media. As an on-air fashion and trend expert, Erica has been featured in more than 350 live and taped segments on top television stations.


Much sought after as an emcee of high-profile events, galas and countless fashion shows throughout the City of Chicago, Erica has also served in leadership roles for numerous organizations such as The Magnificent Mile Association, Choose Chicago and the Mayor's Fashion Council.


Erica Strama is currently serving as the Senior Manager, Business Development, for Macerich and oversees 40+ properties.




Dana Todd

Dana Todd spent 20+ years as a marketing executive and Internet technology entrepreneur, and loves thrift shopping, vintage glamour and punk rock outfits. For most of her business career, she rocked tailored business suits and neon colored hair. Hitting middle age created something of a fashion crisis: the styles for the tech industry - and her body type - had changed rather dramatically, and Dana literally had no idea how to dress herself!

As Dana fell in love with custom clothing, she invented a whole new marketplace to share it with the world! Balodana’s goal is to help customers find plenty of alternatives to “off the rack” clothing, in order to feel more confident and joyful about their style. The personal touch built into Balodana includes concierge support and open communication channels between clients and designers. Dana created the process to be transparent, collaborative and fun!
